Training and capacity building:

PHC carry out training needs analyses (TNA). We moderate workshops, seminars and other types of formal and informal training depending on participant needs and learning objectives. In accordance with client needs PHC develop, implement and evaluate in-service training. As a next step we provide an opportunity to strengthen the impact of capacity building measures by providing mentoring and coaching. PHC also offer Training of Trainers (TOT), e.g. in Participatory Learning and Action (PLA).
